LUDASHI (03601) subscription to structured deposit products
Master Lu (03601) has issued a notice that on the date of this announcement, the structured deposit product agreement under item XLIX has matured. The group has redeemed all the principal under the structured deposit product agreement under item XLIX.
LUDASHI (03601) announces that as of the date of this announcement, the structured deposit product under Agreement XLIX has matured, and the Group has redeemed all the principal under Agreement XLIX.
In order to make full use of the Group's idle funds and achieve better financial returns, on March 25, 2026, the subsidiary Chengdu Mia You Co., Ltd. entered into a structured deposit product agreement L with China Merchants Bank. Under this agreement, Chengdu Mia You agrees to subscribe to a structured deposit product of RMB 47 million from China Merchants Bank. The subscription funds come from the redeemed principal under Agreement XLIX.
