Kuaishou-W (01024) announces that the company has recently received confirmation from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that Mr. Zhao Huaxia is now qualified to serve as the company secretary under Rule 3.28 and Rule 8.17 upon the expiration of the exemption period, thus no further exemption is needed. Ms. Su Jiamin (Ms. Su) has resigned as joint company secretary and authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05, effective from March 25, 2026.
