On the news front, HUITONGDA NET recently announced a strategic cooperation agreement with the Hunan snack chain brand Snack Optimal. According to the announcement, the two parties will establish a joint venture company as the exclusive operating entity of the "Snack Optimal" brand chain, to integrate the high-quality resources of both parties, accelerate the layout of the snack chain and hard-discount chain market, and build it into a leading retail chain brand. Snack Optimal operates independently in a regionalized manner, and HUITONGDA NET will provide deep empowerment for Snack Optimal in four dimensions: "platformization, ecologicalization, capitalization, and AI."
It is worth noting that in February of this year, HUITONGDA NET completed the acquisition of 25% equity of Jintongling (300091.SZ), accelerating the implementation of the "production and sales integration" strategy. In March, HUITONGDA NET's production and sales integration brand, the century-old French home appliance brand THOMSON air conditioner, made its debut at AWE 2026, becoming one of the focus of the exhibition due to its profound brand heritage, hardcore innovation strength, and intensive signings.
