As of the end of February, the total installed generating capacity in the country reached 3.95 billion kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 15.9%. Among them, the installed capacity of solar power generation was 1.23 billion kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 33.2%; the installed capacity of wind power was 650 million kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 22.8%.
On March 25th, the National Energy Administration released the national electricity statistics for January and February 2026. By the end of February, the cumulative installed capacity of electricity generation in the country was 3.95 billion kilowatts, an increase of 15.9% compared to the same period last year. Among them, CECEP Solar Energy's installed capacity was 1.23 billion kilowatts, an increase of 33.2% year-on-year; wind power installed capacity was 0.65 billion kilowatts, an increase of 22.8%. In January-February, the average utilization of electricity generation equipment in the country was 466 hours, a decrease of 39 hours compared to the same period last year.
