Jingchen Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Jingchen Semiconductor) submitted its Hong Kong IPO prospectus on September 25, 2025, which expired after 6 months on March 25, 2026, with CICC and HAITONG INT'L as joint sponsors at the time of submission.
According to the previous IPO prospectus disclosures, Jingchen Semiconductor is a globally positioned and world-leading system-level semiconductor system design company. According to a Frost & Sullivan report based on revenue in 2024, Jingchen Semiconductor ranks fourth globally among manufacturers focusing on intelligent terminal SoC chips, and ranks first in the field of household intelligent terminal SoC chips in mainland China and second globally.
As of June 30, 2025, Jingchen Semiconductor's chip cumulative shipment exceeded 1 billion. According to data provided by Frost & Sullivan, in 2024, every three smart set-top boxes globally were equipped with a company's smart set-top box chip, and every five smart TVs were equipped with one of its smart TV chips.
