The WATER INDUSTRY (01129) has announced that following the joint application made by consent summons, the court has ordered (including) the hearing to be rescheduled to 29 April 2026 (Wednesday). As of the date of this announcement, the court has not issued a winding-up order to wind up the company. As disclosed in the announcement, the company is currently in friendly negotiations with the petitioner to repay the outstanding amounts owed to the petitioner and will actively seek any possible repayment plan with the support of creditors. The company will make every effort to maintain proactive and good communication with the petitioner and the supporting creditors, and will negotiate friendly with the petitioner and the supporting creditors in a fair manner to resolve the issues properly (including making efforts to ensure the petitioner withdraws the petition as soon as possible).
