Silicon Group (08349) announced that Ms. Zhang Yaping has resigned as an executive director and authorized representative of the company in order to devote more time to personal matters, and has also resigned from all other positions held in the company and its subsidiaries, effective from March 24, 2026. On the same day, Ms. Shi Dongying, an executive director, has been appointed as the company's authorized representative under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange.
