NOIZ GROUP (08163) issues a profit warning, expecting a net loss of approximately HK$9 million to HK$15 million for the fiscal year 2025.

Sound Group (08163) announces that it is expected to achieve a net loss of approximately 9 million to 15 million Hong Kong dollars for the year ending December 31, 2025, compared to a net loss of approximately 27 million Hong Kong dollars for the year ending December 31, 2024. The decrease in net loss is mainly attributed to the following factors: (i) an increase in gross profit of approximately 16 million Hong Kong dollars; (ii) a decrease in estimated interest expense on convertible bonds of approximately 12 million Hong Kong dollars; (iii) a decrease in income from the sale of subsidiary companies of approximately 3 million Hong Kong dollars; (iv) an impairment loss on intangible assets of approximately 7 million Hong Kong dollars.
