In 2025, the catering consumption market still faces a complex environment of intensified competition and iterative consumer demand. HAIDILAO continues to adhere to its core management philosophy of "putting customers and employees first," and continues to deepen its efforts in "refined management" and "synergy of multiple brands." During the reporting period, the group's revenue was 43.225 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.1%; core operating profit was 5.403 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 13.3%; net profit for the year was 4.042 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 14.0%, with the decrease in profit mainly due to a decline in turnover rate, as well as adjustments in innovative models such as products and scenes.
During the reporting period, the group already has multiple catering brands. As of December 31, 2025, in terms of the HAIDILAO brand, we operate a total of 1,383 restaurants. Among them, there are 1,304 self-operated restaurants, with 79 new openings during the year; there are 79 franchise restaurants, with 21 new openings during the year, and 45 self-operated restaurants converted to franchises during the year. During the reporting period, we voluntarily closed 85 self-operated restaurants due to underperformance or relocation of commercial landmarks or aging facilities. As of December 31, 2025, in addition to the HAIDILAO brand, the group operates 20 catering brands with a total of 207 restaurants.
In terms of restaurant performance, in 2025, the overall turnover rate of self-operated HAIDILAO restaurants was 3.9 times per day, compared to 4.1 times per day in 2024; a total of 383.9 million customers were served throughout the year, a 7.5% decrease from the previous year.
