MIXUE GROUP (02097): Zhang Hongfu appointed as Co-Chairman of the Board
Mixo Group (02097) announced that, as of the date of this announcement: (1) Mr. Zhang Hongfu has been appointed as Co-Chairman of the Board and will continue to serve as an executive director; at the same time, in order to devote more time to focus on the long-term sustainable development strategy of the Group, Mr. Zhang Hongfu has resigned as CEO.
MIXUE GROUP (02097) announced that, on the date of this announcement: (1) Mr. Zhang Hongfu has been appointed as Co-Chairman of the Board and will continue to serve as an executive director; at the same time, in order to focus more on the long-term sustainable development strategy of the Group, Mr. Zhang Hongfu has stepped down as CEO. Mr. Zhang Hongfu will continue to be involved in major decisions of the Group and play a core leadership role in the strategic, cultural, charitable, and innovation aspects of the Group, providing continuous support for the Group's long-term and stable development. (2) Mr. Zhang Yuan has been appointed as CEO and will no longer serve as Executive Vice President and CFO. (3) Ms. Cui Haijing has resigned as supervisor and chairman of the board of supervisors, and has been appointed as the financial manager, responsible for the financial work of the Group. (4) Ms. Zhu Jiaping has been appointed as employee representative supervisor through election by the Company's employees' representative assembly.
