China High Speed Transmission (00658) announced, effective immediately: Mr. Hu Yueming resigned as executive director and authorized representative; Mr. Ye Xingming resigned as non-executive director; Ms. Jiang Jianhua resigned as independent non-executive director; Mr. Li Zubin was appointed as authorized representative; Mr. Xie Wenjie was appointed as a new member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee as well as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee; and Mr. Liu Zhengyang was appointed as a new member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
