BOARDWARE INTEL (01204) announces that the Group expects a significant increase in profit for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, of not less than 500.0%, compared to a profit of approximately 1 million Hong Kong dollars for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. The main reasons for the expected increase in profit for the 2025 financial year are the comprehensive impact of the following: (i) an expected increase in revenue of not less than 10.0%, especially from professional IT services, hosting services, and resale business, benefiting from new agreements with higher contract values set for the 2025 financial year; and (ii) an expected increase in gross profit of not less than 12.0%, attributed to an improvement in the gross profit margin of the professional IT services business.
