Eternal Beauty (06883) announced that Mr. Liu Yingheng has been appointed as a non-executive director, effective from March 23, 2026. Mr. Li Zhuoran has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. Mr. Tao Zhiqiang has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective from March 23, 2026, in order to focus on his other business ventures. Following his resignation, Mr. Tao Zhiqiang has also stepped down as the chairman of the board's audit committee, as well as a member of the board's remuneration committee and nomination committee.
