INT'L ENT (01009) announces that Mr. Brian Roger Mattingley has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, while Mr. Zheng Kangwei has resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective from March 23, 2026. Following Mr. Zheng's resignation and Mr. Mattingley's appointment, as of March 23, 2026, Mr. Zheng will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee, or a member of the Remuneration Committee.
