(hereinafter referred to as "Holovis"), recently signed a "Specialty Ride Facility Procurement Contract" with Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"). The two parties reached a cooperation agreement on the creation of specialty ride facilities for cultural tourism venues. The company will provide a series of supporting services for the ride facility, including design planning, equipment matching, on-site construction and installation, testing and tuning, as well as post-maintenance and maintenance. at the same time, they jointly finalized matters related to cost settlement, acceptance norms, responsibilities of all parties, etc.
