On March 23, WeRide (WRD.US, 00800.HK), a leading global autonomous driving technology company, released its unaudited financial report for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025. Over the past year, the company has shown strong performance and accelerated commercialization. The total revenue for 2025 was 690 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 90%, reaching a historical high; revenue for the fourth quarter was 314 million yuan, an increase of 123% year-on-year, setting a new record for the highest single quarter since the establishment of the company. The core business of Robotaxi has seen explosive growth, with annual revenue reaching 150 million yuan, an increase of 209.6% year-on-year; revenue for the fourth quarter hit a new high, soaring to 50.6 million yuan, an increase of 66.4% year-on-year. The number of registered domestic Robotaxi users increased by over 900% in a single quarter, reflecting a surge in market demand for travel. Thanks to improved operational efficiency and continuous cost optimization, the company achieved a gross profit margin of 30% for the year, with gross profit reaching 210 million yuan, an 86.8% increase year-on-year; net losses significantly narrowed, down by 34.2% year-on-year; and the company's capital reserves reached 7.1 billion yuan. Currently, WeRide's autonomous driving products have been deployed in 12 countries and more than 40 cities, making it the autonomous driving company with the widest business coverage globally. The Robotaxi fleet has grown to 1,125 vehicles. According to the plan, the company aims to deploy 2,600 Robotaxis globally by the end of 2026 and deploy tens of thousands by 2030, further solidifying its advantage in scaled operation and continuing to lead the global autonomous driving industry in the second half of the game.
