Currently, Michelin is following the real travel radius, consumption interests, and lifestyle of Chinese diners to better create the trusted coordinates for fine dining. The newly released 2026 Michelin overseas list covers a total of 135 restaurants in 7 cities, an 18.4% increase from last year, with Seoul being included in the list for the first time.
