China Aircraft Leasing (01848) announced that on March 23, 2026 (after trading hours), a wholly-owned subsidiary special purpose entity of the company (seller) has entered into a "Purchase Agreement" with independent third party Kotoku Kaiun Co., Ltd. (buyer) for the sale of an aircraft. The sale is expected to be completed on or before July 31, 2026.

Aircraft trading is one of the regular businesses of the Group. The sale will contribute to enhancing the Group's income from aircraft trading, meeting the market demand for aircraft, and maintaining good relationships with customers.
