GOLDLION HOLD(00533): Wu Minghua resigns as non-executive director
Golden Resorts Group (00533) has announced that Mr. Wu Minghua will resign from his position as non-executive director in accordance with the company's Articles of Association. He has also decided not to accept re-election at the company's shareholders' annual meeting scheduled to be held on May 9, 2026, citing a desire to devote more time to his personal affairs. Therefore, Mr. Wu will no longer serve as a non-executive director, effective upon the conclusion of the 2026 annual meeting of shareholders.
GOLDLION HOLD (00533) announced that Mr. Wu Minghua will step down from his position as a non-executive director in accordance with the rules of the Articles of Association, and has decided not to seek re-election at the annual general meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on May 9, 2026, as he intends to dedicate more time to his personal matters. Therefore, Mr. Wu will no longer serve as a non-executive director, effective at the end of the 2026 annual general meeting.
After stepping down, Mr. Wu will also not be a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee under the board of directors, effective at the end of the 2026 annual general meeting.
