CCT Fortis-OLD (00138): Kuo Chi Chung appointed as Company Secretary

CCT FORTIS-OLD (00138) announces that Ms. Wong Tze Ling (Ms. Wong) has resigned as Company Secretary, Authorized Representative (Authorized Representative) as per Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange), and as the Authorized Representative for receiving legal process and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company as required under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with effect from March 23, 2026. Following the resignations of Ms. Wong as Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Agent, the Board hereby announces that with effect from March 23, 2026, Mr. Kwok Chi Chung (Mr. Kwok) has been appointed as the Company Secretary, and Ms. Cheng Yuk Ching (Ms. Cheng), an Executive Director of the company, has been appointed as the Authorized Representative of the company, and will continue to act as the Legal Process Agent.
