In order to control investment risks and reduce operating losses, after a careful assessment by Beijing Xiangya, and friendly negotiations with Suqian Rehabilitation Medical Examination Company, both parties have mutually agreed to terminate the "Cooperation Agreement for the Construction of the Suqian City Xinxing Rehabilitation Medical Examination Limited Company Imaging Center".
