Shenzhen Stock Exchange: Nations Technologies Inc. (02701) will be included in the list of eligible stocks for the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect.

On March 23, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange issued a notice on the adjustment of the list of securities eligible for trading under the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect. Nations Technologies Inc. (02701) does not apply the price stabilization mechanism on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and has been listed on the corresponding A-share market for over 10 trading days. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Implementation Measures for the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect Business" of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Nations Technologies Inc. has been added to the list of securities eligible for trading under the Hong Kong Stock Connect, and the adjustment will take effect from March 23, 2026.
