Currently, the WeChat ClawBot plugin is "gradually increasing volume" and needs to be updated to the latest version.
On March 22nd, Tencent Cloud's WeChat official account announced that WeChat has officially launched the "ClawBot" plugin, which supports integration with OpenClaw. Users can scan the code or copy the command to connect OpenClaw to WeChat, allowing them to directly interact with and execute tasks through messaging. Once connected, users can efficiently interact with their "lobster" through WeChat chat. In addition, Tencent Cloud has already adapted Tencent's "Shrimp Workshop" cloud-based shrimp Lighthouse, self-developed shrimp workbuddy, and local shrimp QClaw. Currently, the WeChat ClawBot plugin is gradually being rolled out, requiring users to update to the latest version. According to the introduction, "WeChat ClawBot is a private messaging channel between you and your OpenClaw, and other users cannot add your WeChat ClawBot. Additionally, currently, WeChat ClawBot cannot be added to WeChat groups and only supports individual point-to-point usage. In terms of privacy and security, this plugin only serves as a messaging channel and will not automate operations on your WeChat. In terms of wide compatibility, various types of lobsters packaged or created can generally be integrated through this method."
