The net profit attributable to owners of the company was RMB 170 million, an increase of 3.69% year-on-year. Earnings per share were RMB 0.56, with a proposed final dividend of RMB 0.17 per share. As of December 31, 2025, the total actual heating service area of the company was approximately 52.6 million square meters, an increase of about 5.2% from approximately 50 million square meters as of December 31, 2024. During the reporting period, the revenue from heating services was approximately RMB 1.3527 billion (compared to RMB 1.302 billion in the same period), including fees charged to customers for heating and heat distribution of approximately RMB 1.043 billion (compared to RMB 1.011 billion); local government price subsidies of approximately RMB 192 million (compared to RMB 180 million); network construction fees of approximately RMB 115 million (compared to RMB 106 million); and heating service fees of approximately RMB 2.6 million (compared to RMB 4.4 million). The increase in revenue from heating services during the reporting period was mainly due to the increase in revenue from heating and heat distribution and network construction fees resulting from the increase in the actual heating service area; the increase in local government price subsidies; and a rise in heating prices for a particular franchise project.
