MEXAN (00022): Luo Xueru Appointed as Executive Director

MEXAN (00022) announces that Mr. Chen Daming has resigned as an executive director and a member of the company's executive committee, effective from March 20, 2026. From March 20, 2026, Mr. Luo Xueru has been appointed as an executive director, and Ms. Li Jingyi has been appointed as an independent non-executive director.
