EB ENVIRONMENT(00257): Ho Chi Man appointed as independent non-executive director

EB Environment (00257) issued an announcement that, effective from March 21, 2026, Professor Zhang Xiang, JP, will resign as an independent non-executive director in order to allocate more time to other matters. He will also no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Sustainable Development Committee respectively. Following the recommendation of the Nomination Committee, the Board of Directors will appoint Mr. Huo Qiwen as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Sustainable Development Committee after considering the recommendation of the Nomination Committee.
