China Graphite (02237) announced that the group expects to achieve a full-year net profit after tax of not less than RMB 40 million in 2025, while the net loss after tax in 2024 was about RMB 12.5 million. The board of directors believes that the turnaround from a net loss to net profit is mainly due to the effective cost control measures taken by the management, leading to a significant reduction in administrative expenses for the 2025 fiscal year. In addition, improvement in customer payment collections during the year also resulted in a reversal of provisions for trade receivables.
