ETS GROUP (08031) announces that Mr. Deng Yaosheng intends to devote more time to other matters and has resigned from his position as executive director and chief executive officer, effective from March 20, 2026. After Mr. Deng's resignation, he will no longer serve as a member, supervisor, or authorized representative of the Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Risk Management and Internal Control Committee, as well as under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. After Mr. Deng's resignation takes effect on March 20, 2026, Mr. Xiao Wen'an has been appointed as the company's supervisor and authorized representative, and has been reassigned as a member of the Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Risk Management and Internal Control Committee.
