BANKCOMM(03328): Cao Yuqing appointed as authorized representative
The Bank of Communications (03328) announced that Ms. Cao Yuqing (the Chief Executive Officer of the bank's Hong Kong branch) will succeed Mr. Fan Zhaorong as the authorized representative to accept legal process documents and notifications on behalf of the bank in Hong Kong, in accordance with Rule 19A.13 of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). The change will take effect from March 20, 2026.
BANKCOMM (03328) announced that Ms. Cao Yuqing (the administrative head of the Hong Kong branch of the Bank) will replace Mr. Fan Zhaorong as the authorized representative of the Bank in Hong Kong to accept legal process documents and notifications, in accordance with Rule 19A.13 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from March 20, 2026.
