Hong Kong and China Gas (00003) announced that Professor Wong Wai Kwan, an independent non-executive director of the company, has been appointed as the Chairman of the company's Environment, Social and Governance Committee (BESG Committee), replacing Mr. Wong Wai Yee. However, Mr. Wong Wai Yee will remain as a member of the BESG Committee. These changes will take effect from March 20, 2026.
