Diantou Green Energy (000875.SZ) announced that its affiliated enterprise Jiyuan (Siping) Green Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Siping Green Energy Company") plans to purchase PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment from Changchun Green Dynamic Hydrogen Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Changchun Green Dynamic"). The related transaction was formed through public bidding, with a total contract price of 30.88 million yuan.
