On March 19, BOC AVIATION released its annual results for the year ending December 31, 2025. The operating income and other income amounted to US$2.619 billion, a year-on-year increase of 2.4%; net profit was US$787 million, a year-on-year decrease of 14.8%; and basic earnings per share were US$1.13. The company sold 35 of its own aircraft in 2025, up from 29 the previous year, seizing strong investor demand and high aircraft values. Due to the company's solid financial leverage and abundant cash flow, the board of directors decided to increase the dividend payout ratio from 35% to 40%. The proposed final dividend for the 2025 financial year is US$0.3061 per share, reaching a historic high for the second half dividend, resulting in a total annual dividend of US$0.4537 per share. Daiwa noted that BOC AVIATION's basic earnings in 2025 increased by 18% year-on-year, while also increasing the dividend payout ratio, reflecting management's confidence in long-term business prospects.
