Samsonite (01910) announced that, starting from the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on June 4, 2026, (a) Mr. Timothy Charles Parker will retire from his position as Chairman of the Board and Non-Executive Director; (b) independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Jerome Squire Griffith will be appointed as Chairman of the Board; and (c) there will be corresponding changes to the composition of the Nomination Committee under the Board.
