Baifu Global (00327) has issued an announcement that Mr. Chen Yaoguang has resigned from the company as Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, effective from March 19, 2026, as he has decided to devote more time to handle other matters and arrangements.

PAX GLOBAL (00327) announced that Mr. Chan Yiu Kwong has resigned from his position as Joint Company Secretary and Alternate Director of the company in order to allocate more time to handle other matters. His resignation will take effect from March 19, 2026. Following Mr. Chan Yiu Kwong's resignation, Mr. Cheung Sze Yeung will continue to serve as the Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, and Mr. Li Man Chun will continue to serve as the Authorized Representative.
