China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (00386) announced that, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law of China and the Articles of Association of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, Mr. Wang Shijie was elected as the employee representative director of the ninth board of directors of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (the Company or Sinopec) through democratic procedures. His term of office will be from March 19, 2026 until the expiration of the ninth board of directors of the Company.
