Jiachen Holdings (01937) announced that the net profit attributable to the owners of the company for the year 2025 is expected to decrease by not less than 60% compared to approximately RMB 119 million for the year ended December 31, 2024. The Board believes that the decrease in net profit attributable to the owners of the company for the year 2025 is mainly due to a decrease in the group's sales revenue by not less than 25% compared to approximately RMB 25.78 billion for the year ended December 31, 2024, as a result of the overall weak demand in the mainland China real estate market.

The Board of Directors believes that the significant decrease in the net profit for the year 2025 is mainly attributable to a decrease in the group's sales revenue by at least 25% compared to approximately RMB 2.578 billion for the year ended December 31, 2024, due to weak overall demand in the mainland China real estate market.
