In January and February, the national general public budget revenue was 4.4154 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.7%. Among them, national tax revenue was 3.6393 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.1%; non-tax revenue was 776.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.4%. In terms of the central and local governments, the central general public budget revenue was 1.9167 trillion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.7%; local general public budget revenue was 2.4987 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.6%.
The data shows that stamp tax revenue was 114.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 34.7%. Among them, securities transaction stamp tax revenue was 49.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 110%.
The main tax revenue items are as follows:
1. Domestic value-added tax was 1.5838 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.7%.
2. Domestic consumption tax was 382.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 6.2%.
3. Corporate income tax was 875.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 3.9%.
4. Personal income tax was 384.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 6.9%.
5. Import value-added tax and consumption tax were 296.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.9%. Customs duties were 36.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.4%.
6. Exported goods refund value-added tax and consumption tax were 556.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.7%.
7. Urban maintenance and construction tax was 110.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.8%.
8. Vehicle purchase tax was 38.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.5%.
9. Stamp tax was 114.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 34.7%. Among them, securities transaction stamp tax was 49.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 110%.
10. Resource tax was 56.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.1%.
11. Deed tax was 65 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 11.1%.
12. Property tax was 83.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.6%.
13. Urban land use tax was 35.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.6%.
14. Land value-added tax was 80.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 8.2%.
15. Farmland occupation tax was 21.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.6%.
16. Environmental protection tax was 6.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8%.
17. Vehicle and ship tax, tonnage tax for ships, tobacco tax, and other tax revenues totaled 24.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.8%.
