Wan'an Technology (002590.SZ) announced that the company plans to increase the capital of its holding subsidiary, Anhui Wan'an Zhisheng Automobile Chassis System Co., Ltd. ("Wan'an Zhisheng"), by 28 million yuan, and its holding subsidiary, Anhui Wan'an Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. ("Anhui Wan'an"), will increase the capital of Wan'an Zhisheng by 52 million yuan. The related matters are intended to provide further support for the future research and development investment, production line construction, and business expansion of Wan'an Zhisheng.
