Geely Auto (00175) announced its annual performance for the year ending December 31, 2025. The Group achieved a revenue of RMB 345.232 billion, an increase of 25% year-on-year; a profit attributable to the owners of the company of RMB 16.852 billion, an increase of 0.24% year-on-year; basic earnings per share of RMB 1.67; and proposed a final dividend of HK$0.5 per share. The Group continued its successful transformation in new energy and intelligence from the previous year, launching multiple new energy vehicles during the year, leading to a significant increase in new energy vehicle sales. At the same time, the Group adhered to a balanced development strategy of both fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles, improving the intelligence level of fuel vehicles to achieve sales growth in an environment of increasing penetration of new energy vehicles. In terms of globalization, the Group accelerated the export of new energy vehicles to drive diversification in the global market. In terms of wholesales (including exports), the Group sold 3.0246 million vehicles in 2025, an increase of 39% year-on-year, exceeding the revised annual sales target of 3 million vehicles. Domestic wholesale sales in China increased by 48% to 2.6045 million vehicles year-on-year, while export wholesale sales increased by 1% to 420,100 vehicles year-on-year. The Group's mainstream new energy brand Geely Galaxy launched the Geely Galaxy E5, Geely Xingyuan, and Geely Galaxy Starship 7 based on the global intelligent new energy architecture GEA (GEA architecture) last year, which continued to be bestsellers during the year. Geely Xingyuan became the number one in overall passenger car sales in China in 2025. Throughout the year, Geely Galaxy expanded its product range further, introducing new models built on the GEA and GEA Evo architectures, including the Geely Galaxy Xingyao 8, Geely Galaxy A7, Geely Galaxy M9, and Geely Galaxy Xingyao 6, leading to a 150% year-on-year increase in Geely Galaxy's annual sales to 1.2358 million units, ranking second in sales volume among Chinese automotive brands. The Group's mid- to high-end brand Lynk & Co steadily developed, with sales reaching 350,500 units for the year, a 23% increase year-on-year, with the proportion of new energy products increasing to 65%. The brand introduced popular models Lynk & Co 900 and Lynk & Co 10 EM-P during the year. The luxury new energy brand Zeekr continued to push the brand upscale, with annual sales reaching 224,100 units, a 1% increase year-on-year. The Zeekr 9X, launched during the year, became the sales champion for large SUVs priced above RMB 500,000 for two consecutive months in November and December. In 2025, the Group's new energy vehicle sales increased by 90% year-on-year to 1.6878 million units, accounting for 56% of total sales and ranking second in global new energy vehicle sales. In 2025, the Group's total sales increased by 39% year-on-year, with the mainstream new energy brand Geely Galaxy showing the most significant growth, driving the Group's total revenue to increase by 25% to RMB 3.452 billion, once again hitting a historic high. Benefiting from the significant increase in the proportion of new energy vehicle sales in mainstream markets, the Group achieved a 25% year-on-year increase in gross profit, with a gross margin of 16.6%, a slight increase of 0.1% year-on-year, despite facing intense price competition in the industry.
