HK&S HOTELS (00045): Liu Yijing resigns as executive director

The Grand Hotel (00045) announced that Ms. Liao Yijing (Ms. Liao), Mr. Keith James Robertson (Mr. Robertson), and Mr. Luo Ruisi (Mr. Luo) will resign as executive directors of the company, with effect from the conclusion of the shareholders' annual meeting held on May 13, 2026.

HK&S HOTELS (00045) announced that Ms. Liao Yijing (Ms. Liao), Mr. Keith James Robertson (Mr. Robertson), and Mr. Luo Rusi (Mr. Luo) will resign from their positions as executive directors of the company, effective after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on May 13, 2026. Mr. Bu Peiren (Mr. Bu) and Dr. Feng Guolun (Dr. Feng) have decided to retire as independent non-executive directors of the company after the 2026 AGM. Dr. Feng will also no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee after the 2026 AGM. After retiring as an independent non-executive director after the 2026 AGM, Mr. Bu will take on the role of Senior Advisor to the Chairman.
