Shao Neng Shares (000601.SZ) announced that, in order to implement the power business of the integration of power storage and electricity in the Shao Guan data center cluster, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Shao Neng Algorithmic Power Fusion Investment Co., Ltd. ("Shao Neng Algorithmic Power Company"), intends to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Lechang City, Shaoguan. The new company will have a registered capital of 1 billion yuan and will develop clean power business.
