Kaisun Energy (01108) announced that Mr. Zhang Rong resigned as the Executive Director, President, member of the Board Strategic Committee, and authorized representative of the company, with effect from March 17, 2026. Ms. Liang Xiao was nominated as a candidate for the non-executive director of the 11th Board of Directors of the company at the 6th meeting of the 11th Board of Directors, subject to approval by the shareholders' meeting. Mr. Chen Peng, Executive Director of the company, was appointed as the President and authorized representative of the company.
