GOFINTECH QUANT (00290) completes the issuance of approximately 745 million subscription shares.

GOFINTECH QUANT (00290) announced that all conditions of the subscription have been met, and the completion has been finalized on March 17, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. Eleven subscribers (details in the initial announcement) subscribed for a total of approximately 7.45 billion shares at a subscription price of HKD 1.78 per share, equivalent to approximately 7.23% of the expanded issued share capital of the company after completion. Based on all reasonable inquiries made by the directors, it is known, understood and believed that the eleven subscribers (seven of whom are independent professional individual investors, and four are independent professional institutional investors) and their respective ultimate beneficial owners (if applicable) are all independent third parties, and no subscriber will become a major shareholder after completion. The total proceeds and net proceeds (after deducting the costs and expenses related to the subscription) raised from the subscription amounted to approximately HKD 1.326 billion and HKD 1.321 billion respectively, which will be used for the purposes stated in the announcement.
