Hubei Huitian New Materials (300041.SZ) subsidiary Yicheng Huitian had a fire accident.

Hubei Huitian New Materials (300041.SZ) announced that on March 16, 2026, at around 13:52, a fire occurred in the first and second sections of the soft packaging workshop of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hubei Huitian New Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yicheng Huitian"). After the incident, the company immediately activated the emergency response plan, quickly evacuated personnel, and fully cooperated with government departments to implement emergency response measures, on-site firefighting, and rescue. With the joint efforts of local firefighting and emergency departments, the fire has been extinguished. The incident did not cause any casualties and there were no secondary disasters. Yicheng Huitian received a "Decision on On-Site Handling Measures" issued by the Yicheng City Emergency Management Bureau on March 17, 2026, ordering the withdrawal of personnel from the factory area, temporary suspension of production and business operations, until the cause of the fire incident is clarified, and approval is obtained after review before production and operation can be resumed and used.
