CENTURY EN INTL(08132): Su Ya appointed as the new auditor

CENTURY EN INTL (08132) announced that Tianjian International Certified Public Accountants Limited (Tianjian) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from March 13, 2026. The reason for the resignation is that the company and Tianjian could not reach a consensus on the audit fees for the comprehensive financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026. After considering the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it was decided to appoint Su Ya Wenshun Certified Public Accountants Limited (Su Ya) as the new auditor of the company to fill the temporary vacancy left by Tianjian's resignation, effective from March 17, 2026. Su Ya's term will be until the end of the next annual general meeting of the company's shareholders.
