(an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), and the buyer, Yajingyuan Holdings (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., signed an agreement on the sale transaction. According to this agreement, the seller agrees to sell and the buyer agrees to purchase 100% equity of the target company, Shenzhen Weilu Technology Co., Ltd.
