FERRETTI (09638) announcement is hereby made that KKCG Maritime's offer document dated 2 March 2026 concerning a voluntary conditional partial general offer to acquire up to 52.1329 million shares of Ferretti, representing 15.4% of Ferretti's subscribed and paid-up share capital (the Offer) (the Offer Document). Unless otherwise defined, the terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Offer Document. As at 5:30 p.m. (Central European Time) on the date of this announcement (17 March 2026 at 00:30 a.m. Hong Kong time): (a) as at the date of this announcement, KKCG Maritime has not accepted the Offer; and (b) during the acceptance period, KKCG Maritime has not accepted the Offer.
