China Oral Industries (08406) is planning to acquire Shishi Xinsuo Chenglong Weaving Co., Ltd. for 21.6 million Hong Kong dollars.

CHINA ORAL IND (08406) announced that on March 16, 2026, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Shishi Huixiang Mei Management Consulting Co., Ltd., plans to acquire all the registered capital of Shishi Xin Su Cheng Long Textile Co., Ltd. from Wu Moutan for a total consideration of HK$21.6 million. The acquisition will be paid through the issuance of approximately 273.4 million consideration shares, with a price of HK$0.079 per share. The target company is a textile manufacturing enterprise specializing in the research, production, and sale of knitted fabrics. It has multiple patents related to knitted fabric processing. Its main products are knitted fabrics, which are widely used in clothing, home textiles, and other fields, primarily targeting customers in the clothing manufacturing and textile trade industries. The announcement stated that the target company's business is the upstream business of the group. The acquisition will strengthen the stability of the supply chain and enhance cost control in the group's business operations, helping to achieve synergies and long-term development for the group.
