Ningbo Tuopu Group (601689.SH) announced that in order to drive the company's sustainable development, fully leverage the experience and resources of professional institutions, expand the company's industrial layout and strategic vision, the company signed a "Ningbo Tuowei Hangke Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership)" agreement with Xiancheng (Shanghai) Investment Management Co., Ltd. on March 13, 2026, to jointly establish Ningbo Tuowei Hangke Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership). The fund will mainly be used for equity venture capital investment in unlisted companies in emerging industries such as advanced intelligent manufacturing, integrated circuits, new energy, Siasun Robot & Automation industry chain, new materials, artificial intelligence, etc. The total subscribed capital of the investment fund is 300.01 million yuan, with the company as a limited partner subscribing with its own funds of 300 million yuan, accounting for 99.9967% of the total investment.
