GREEN LEADER (00061) issues profit warning, expecting that the shareholders' share of profits for the year 2025 will not exceed HK$630 million.

GREEN LEADER (00061) announces that the Group is expected to achieve a net profit attributable to owners of the company of not more than HK$630 million for the year ending on December 31, 2025, while the net profit attributable to owners of the company for the previous year ending in 2024 was approximately HK$1.577 billion. The decrease in net profit attributable to owners of the company for the current year is mainly due to the following factors: in the previous year, there was a one-time non-recurring gain of approximately HK$1.863 billion from the sale of certain subsidiary companies, which is not expected to be repeated in the current year; the Group generated revenue of approximately HK$950 million from the sale of certain subsidiary companies in the current year, partially offsetting the negative impact of the one-time gain from the previous year; and the Group's financing costs increased in the current year, adversely affecting the Group's performance.
